Does a pesticide manufacturer have an obligation to warn consumers about the potential hazards of using its product? The Supreme Court will decide.

This week on Green Street, Patti and Doug talk about the severe environmental impact mining for rare earth minerals has on local populations, and how living near cell towers increases your risk of developing cancer. Then Jay Feldman, Executive Director of non-profit Beyond Pesticides, talks about the Supreme Court case involving the popular pesticide RoundUp, and whether or not states can require the manufacturer to include a warning to consumers about the product’s toxicity.
